The work was always the point.
STREA is an agency for businesses that are building something new, improving how they run, or getting their teams ready for what’s ahead. We start by understanding the work, then bring in the right people.
How we start
We start with what you’re trying to do. A website that matches the business you’ve become, operations that run without you holding them together, a team ready to work with AI.
Then we look at where things stand, and tell you which kind of work fits, who should do it, and whether we’re the right people.
Sometimes that’s a new website from Studio. Sometimes it’s a workflow from Systems. Training will come from Institute, which is still in development. Often it’s a mix, and sometimes it’s something we don’t sell, and we’ll say so.
Three divisions, one relationship.
You deal with STREA. Depending on what you need, the work comes from Studio, from Systems, or from both. Institute is still in development.

An engagement runs in four moves.
Look
Start with what’s visible: the website, the way people reach you, how the work actually gets done.
Understand
Work out what’s really going on, with the people who live with it every day.
Decide
Agree what needs to change, what should stay as it is, and who’s best placed to do the work.
Build and check
Deliver it, test it on real devices and real paths, and measure what changed.
Selected work
Two sites, built by STREA.

These are STREA’s own division sites, shown as they appear live. Client case studies aren’t published yet. See all frames.
